Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Casper’s Oil. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. Below you will find our policies regarding the cancellation and refund of orders and subscriptions.

Returns & Refunds:

  • Customers may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and reason for return.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • If the product is opened or used, partial refunds or store credits may be granted at the discretion of Casper’s Oil.

For Monthly Subscription Purchases:

Cancellations:

  • Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our Customer Service team.
  • To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled billing date.

Returns & Refunds:

  • If you are unsatisfied with a subscription delivery, please contact our Customer Service team within 15 days of receiving the order.
  • Unopened and unused products from a subscription box may be returned for a refund or store credit, excluding shipping costs.
  • Opened or used products from subscription boxes are not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for store credit at the discretion of Casper’s Oil.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of damaged or incorrect items.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for unopened and unused products within 30 days of receipt.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Additional Notes:

  • Casper’s Oil is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to update our refund and cancellation policy at any time.
